What is in the Supplemental Education Subscription Box?
Each month's box is complete with a monthly guide to help facilitate hands on learning activities. You will find activities which focus on any of the following: reading, writing, math, fine motor skills, expected behaviors, social skills, and play skills. In addition, most supplies will be included in the box. However, general items such as crayons, markers, pencils, glue, scissors, etc are not included.
What additional materials will I need?
Most supplies will be included. However, general items such as crayons, markers, pencils, glue, scissors, etc. are not included. Some minimal adult prep work (e.g., cutting, attaching velcro) will be required prior to initiation of the activities.
How does the subscription box work?
Order between the 1st and the 20th of the month and receive the next month's box! We ship between the middle/end of the month. All plans auto renew.
How long is a subscription?
There is no long term commitment. We hope your child loves his/her box! But, if you need to cancel your subscription, log into your account. Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date or you will be charged for the following month.
How do I update my payment method?
Please log into your account to access your payment methods, contact information and billing/shipping address information.
Can I use the monthly subscription with multiple children?
Each box is designed to be used with one child. Due to copyright laws, do not share any of the contents with friends, family, collegues, etc. If you have multiole children, please purchase multiple boxes to ensure you have all of the materials.
Can I use a prepaid card for the subscription?
Pre-paid cards are not eligible for recurring payments, which are required for our subscriptions. To avoid payment issues, please use a credit or debit card that can process ongoing transactions.
